It’s Junee Show time again!
Get ready for the spectacular 134th Junee Show on 25 October 2025!
The excitement is building as the Junee Show Society prepares to welcome visitors to the grand 135th Junee Show, set for Saturday, October 25, 2025. This annual celebration promises to be fantastic, featuring an array of entertainment, attractions, and competitions for the whole family.
The Junee Show will open its gates at 9 a.m. at the Junee Showground on Park Lane, kicking off a day filled with fun and festivities. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our sponsors, especially The Junee District Cooperative Society Limited, Inland Rail, Martinus Rail, Qube and Supermix Concrete, our major sponsor for this year’s event. Their generous support, alongside countless local businesses and dedicated volunteers is key to making this show exceptional.
This year, the Junee Show will showcase the very best of the Junee District. Enjoy a rich line-up of live music, featuring performances by the Junee High School Band, and local lad Harry Pratt. Don’t miss out on captivating animal attractions, including the Animal Nursery, ring events, and exciting poultry and sheep competitions. Free entertainment will also include Reptile Shows, photo opportunities with a Bluey mascot, Duck Racing and the crowd-pleasing Gumboot Throwing Competition and the Bushman’s Relay.
A highlight of the day will be the official opening ceremony around 2 p.m., where Junee’s very own Star of the Silver Screen, Majella Davis will?announce the winners of the 2025 Young Woman Competition (formerly Junee Miss Showgirl) and the winners of the 200 Club.
For those seeking traditional show experiences, we have it all! Enjoy the thrills of sideshow alley or treat yourself to delicious show bags. Our main pavilion will display an incredible array of local talent in sections like cooking, arts and crafts, horticulture, wool, schoolwork, photography, and farm and garden produce. The action-packed day kicks off early with the Junior Judging and Schools Competition, plus a full program of horse events in the show ring starting at 9 a.m. Horse enthusiasts can look forward to events like the Fun Ring, Australian Stock Horses, Champion Riders, and more.
When hunger strikes, indulge in a wide range of delicious food options, from the Can Assist dining room to BBQ and food stalls, ensuring there’s something to satisfy every palate. As the day winds down, prepare to be dazzled by the Grand Finale Fireworks Display, lighting up the night sky at 8 p.m. and bringing the 2025 Junee Show to a spectacular conclusion.
